Brand Peel helps you go from rough idea to shippable brand without the usual blank-page dread.
It's a desktop app. You talk about your product, who it's for, why it matters, and it drafts strategy docs, a workable theme, prototypes and visuals you can actually use.
What is Brand Peel?
Think chat plus brand workspace. No blank doc to fill. You describe the product, audience and vibe, Brand Peel turns that into strategy documents, a visual theme, prototypes and image assets, all in one place.
Your project lives on your machine. Docs, chat history, themes, generated images, Sandbox sessions, all in Brand Peel's local data folder. Not auto-synced to some cloud project store.
Local-first doesn't mean offline-only. When you ask for AI help, the app sends just that request's prompt and needed context (attachments, brand notes, source image) through the Brand Peel service to its providers. The service also keeps account, subscription, device proof and usage records so billing works. Image records may include prompt, model and status. Your full workspace and files stay local, under your control.

How it works
- Create or open a project: it becomes the home for docs, theme, assets and prototypes
- Chat: describe product, audience, goals, visual hunches, drop in reference images if you want
- Review the docs: edit them directly, regenerate bits, accept what feels right. No need to accept AI word-for-word
- Prototype in Sandbox: spin up a site, email, PDF, app screen, terminal or 3D scene from current brand context, at any stage
- Finish setup: accept all three docs and you can mark the project complete, which unlocks the Resource Generator. The Design Editor appears once you have a theme
- Refine and generate: tweak the theme in the editor, generate final images
- Export a snapshot: grab docs as Markdown, theme as CSS and JSON, kept logos as PNGs
Chat, doc and theme generation, Sandbox builds and image generations use your credits or Pro quotas. Just reading, editing locally, browsing History or exporting? No charge.
